Photographing people…it’s what I absolutely love to do! I’m honored to photograph people at various ages, stages and for or at special times or events in their lives. Real, authentic beauty mixed with a fresh modern twist is a style of imagery I love to create. At the same time, there is something very special in classic and traditional portraiture that captures me. Not only do I love to photograph this type of imagery, it’s timeless, subtle, relaxed and not trended.

Winter and snow provides a gorgeous setting for portraits due to the incredible light and reflection. If we can get past the chill (hence the short session time), you'll love the results of beautiful, timeless and real portraits we create.
This is ideal for a child/children, teen/tweens, adults, couples, maternity and families.
This will take place on a weekend in January 2016, if not February when desirable weather conditions are known. When the ideal weather is known, I will make an announcement on JBP’s social media outlets and will contact those who express interest to me directly.
What: 15 minute Portrait Session
Where: at a local Wauwatosa outdoor natural location which will be communicated directly to clients prior to the session.
When: TBD
Appt times: 10am - 3pm
Cost: $175 plus tax
Includes: Portrait session, 5 digital images with print release and and one 8x12 professional print of your choice from the session in an 11x14 white mat (value $60)
What to wear you might wonder? That's completely up to you, however feel free to bust out some bright colored clothing matched or mix-match it up for fun, favorite twirly skirt with fun tights, fur or heirloom coats, winter ski/snow board apparel, fancy formal dresses, favorite sweaters, cultutral outfits, any casual outfit that has special meaning or that you just feel fantastic in, scarves, hats, etc...it's completely up to you depending on the look or style you're going for. Coats/jackets are optional as the sessions will be short in length. Play it up or down and know this session portraits will be a mix of playful and semi-posed images. If you need any additional creative clothing ideas, I would be happy to consult with you.

I can't believe we are already half way through the year, yikes! Although I am thoroughly enjoying spending time summering it up with my family and friends, I can't help but think my busy season of late summer and fall is just around the corner!
August, September and October are always incredibly exciting and busy with high school senior portraits, a wedding, personal projects and family portrait sessions.
I have limited availablility now thru October, so I recommend scheduling your anticipated portrait sessions or photography needs as soon as possible.
For those of you who have asked or possibly interested, I will be offering one fall mini-session in Milwaukee in early-mid October and one in Verrado, AZ (Phoenix area) mid/late November. Details on those mini-sessions will be announced on the blog and social media outlets.
